تجهيز الطلبات

• يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–3 أيام عمل، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك في صفحة المنتج.

• خلال المواسم والعروض الخاصة قد تزيد مدة التجهيز بشكل طفيف.

الشحن داخل دولة الإمارات

• يتم التوصيل عبر شركات شحن معتمدة.

• مدة التوصيل المتوقعة: 1–3 أيام عمل بعد الشحن.

الشحن لدول الخليج والدولي

• تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب الوجهة وشركة الشحن المختارة.

• سيتم تزويدكم برقم التتبع فور توفره لمتابعة الشحنة بكل سهولة.

ملاحظات مهمة

• يرجى التأكد من صحة العنوان ورقم الهاتف قبل إتمام الطلب.

• في حال تعذر التسليم بسبب خطأ في البيانات أو عدم الرد على شركة الشحن، قد تُفرض رسوم إعادة الشحن.
